How can I tell If a credit card payment was canceled? I accidently over billed a customers card. I hit cancel at the bottom right of the screen.

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. At the top right, click Help.
  3. Select or just type Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern and click Let's talk.
  5. Choose Start a chat to connect with a support expert.
