How can i tell if a purchase order has been sent

You can review to see if a purchase order has been sent in QBO by doing the following steps below: 

1. Go to the Expenses tab and choose Expenses.
2. Scroll down and locate the purchase order. 
3. Double-click on it. 
4. Above the "Mailing Address" box, if you sent the order, you should have a Last Delivery caption with some additional information.
