How can I tell if my account is in good standing? I have been getting emails from QB stating I owe money or my account will be turned off.

I’m concerned about clicking email links and I don’t see anything when I login online that indicates my QB membership has not been paid

It is important to verify emails from Intuit to avoid malicious emails like phishing and spoofing. Taking proactive security measures is the best defense.

 

Here are a few things to look for if you’re not sure an email came from Intuit.

 

  • We’ll never ask for your info in an email.
  • Our emails will always come from an email address that ends with @intuit.com. This includes @e.intuit.com.
  • Any link we send you in an email will always be for an intuit.com address.

 

Report this email to our online security center if it is not from Intuit. 

 

I'll show you how:

 

  1. Go to the Online Security Center page.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Look for Report a fake email (or phishing email) and click on it.

 

If you have verified that the emails are from Intuit, please contact our support team to investigate this further.

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to Help (?) located at the top of your screen.
  3. Select one of these options: 
  • Click on the Assistant tab and select Talk to a Human.
  • Go to the Search tab and click on Contact Us to connect with a support expert.

 

Please note that support is available for Plus, Essentials, and Simple Start subscribers from Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time, and on Saturdays from 6 AM to 3 PM PT. For Advanced subscribers, support is available 24/7.
