How can I upload a manual w9 to a contractor in qbo

I can assist you with uploading your contractor's W-9 in QuickBooks Online Payroll, Dhazen33.
 
When you add a contractor in QBO and enter their email, the program will send them an email invitation to fill out the Form W-9. They can also add their bank account information from there.
 
After they enter all their tax information, the W-9 will be automatically generated in the Documents section of the contractor's profile.
 
On the other hand, if your contractors decide to send a copy of their W-9, you can add the details.
 
Here's how:
 
  1. Navigate to Payroll, then Contractors.
  2. Locate the contractor and click on it.
  3. In Personal details, hit Add.
  4. Choose a contractor type: Individual or Business.
  5. Fill in all the necessary information.
  6. Once done, click on Save.

 

To attach or upload an copy of the form, follow these steps:
 
  1. Go to Expenses menu, then choose Vendors.
  2. Open the contractor's profile and click Edit.
  3. Head to the Notes and attachments section.
  4. Select Add attachment, add the file and hit Save.
