Question

How can I view the quantity on hand using the mobile app? I can view the price but not the quantity.

QuickBooks Online

QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app is working as designed. Thus, viewing the quantity on hand of an item via a mobile app isn't available.

In the meantime, I suggest checking the quantity on hand through a web browser. Here's how:

Sign in to your QBO account through a web browser.
Click Sales from the left menu, then select Product and Services.
Review the quantity on hand from the QTY On Hand column.

I would like to confirm the need of such feature (to check the quantity on hand through the mobile app). In fact, checking on hand quantity through the mobile application was one of my major reasons to joint QuickBooks, unfortunately it was not available.

It would be appreciated if you may share our request to add this feature with the development team at QuickBooks.
