How can we send a customer a request/link, without sending an invoice, to just add their ACH/CC information?

In the meantime, this is not possible in QuickBooks Online, Yaniv.
To proceed with the payment process, you are required to generate an invoice for the customer. However, please note that we are unable to provide a link to the customer for entering their credit card information. Therefore, they'll have to manually enter the required details in QuickBooks Online.
