HOW CAN YOU SEE IF INVOICE HAS BEEN EMAILED AN VIEWED BY CLINET.. I USED TO COULD SEE IT NOW I CANT..

QuickBooks Online (QBO) has recently released an update about the location of the invoice activity page. You'll see it once you click the customer's name on the Invoices page.

Here's how:

  1. Navigate to the Sales menu and select Invoices.
  2. From there, look for the invoice you've sent.
  3. Next, click the customer's name to show a pop-up window on the right side of the page. 
  4. In the Invoice activity section, you'll see a Viewed status if your client has already viewed the invoice.
