Welcome to the Community, @ancporterservice. I'll help you get through this to utilize the snap receipt feature inside QuickBooks Online (QBO).

It's best to ensure your application is free from temporary app data, as they can affect your experience when using the program. I'll write down the steps to get you going.

For iOS devices:

  1. Open the Settings app, and then choose the General option.
  2. Locate the iPhone Storage and tap on it.
  3. Choose the Offload App.

In case you're using Android devices, these are the steps:

  1. Open Settings and select Apps.
  2. Tap on the app you want to clear app data for and select Storage.
  3. Select Clear data.

Feel free to refer to this page for more details: Fix common errors in the QuickBooks Online mobile app for Android.

If the issue persists, you can consider uploading the receipts using the web version of QuickBooks. For more information, feel free to check this page: Upload your receipts to QuickBooks Online.

On the other hand, I recommend checking this handy article to help you manage transactions inside QBO: Categorize online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

If you require help managing receipts or have any other QuickBooks-related questions, I encourage you to utilize the comment section below. The Community team will be available to assist once again. Take care and stay safe.
