How do I access funds customers have paid

Hello there, cdwillis. Let's review your account settings in QuickBooks Online (QBO) so you can see where QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.

 

When you receive payments from your customers, you can access them in the bank account you set up in the Payments tab. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
  2. Click the Payments tab.
  3. View the bank account in the Deposit Accounts section.

 

Please note that we deposit your funds within five business days after your first payment, as we need to set up your Merchants account. Once everything is settled, your payments will be deposited more quickly, within two business days.

Additionally, you can add multiple users to your QuickBooks Payments account to help manage customer payments.
