How do I add a column to my printed invoice? It shows as I am preparing but when I print it does not include the Service Date

Here's how:

 

  1. Create or open an invoice transaction.
  2. Go to the PDF view tab and click the ⚙ Manage button. 
  3. Head to the Customization section and toggle on the Service date.

 

You'll see the Date column as the Service Date in the PDF view of the invoice you want to print. It's different from the invoice date, found under the Invoice details area.

 

After that, you may also consider printing a packing slip of your invoices in QuickBooks Online.
