As I know QB Billpay doesn't support credit card or debit card as the payment method.

You can signup for a free Melio account to integrate with QBO and pay your bills with credit card or debit card. The fee is 2.9%

Let me share some information about adding a credit card for bill payments, morris. 

 

Currently, adding a credit card for bill payments in QuickBooks Online (QBO) isn't available. As a workaround, we can follow 4Gal's resolution, or you can check other third-party applications that work well with the program. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Apps menu. 
  2. Choose the Find apps tab. 
  3. Select the application that suits your preferences. 
  4. Click Get app now.
