How do I add a "Ship To" address to an invoice in QuickBooks Mac 2015?

There's a "Bill To" box, but no "Ship To." Most answers talk about enabling shipping in settings, but there's no such setting in QB for Mac 2015.

You can add the Ship To field to an invoice (or other sales form) in Layout Designer. For invoices (going from memory):

Open the Invoice Window

There's a Template Menu pop up above the data entry section.  Choose Edit Template from that.

Layout Designer Launches.

Bring up the fields palette (its probably already showing).  Check the two check boxes next to Ship To.

Position the Ship To field where you want it to be when you print.

You might also want to just look at the various templates that come with it and find one that has that on already.

Ah! Perfect! I didn't realize I was using "Standard Service Invoice" vs. "Standard Product Invoice." Thank you very much!

I think the only way you'll see the ship to is on the packing slip template.

Well, that's limiting. Why is it this way? It doesn't make much sense. Every invoice I get from any other vendor includes both bill-to and ship-to. It helps.
