Hello there, @dgalloway

I'm here to help you change the email address from your estimate.

If there is an email address already configured in the customer's profile in QuickBooks, it will automatically populate on the estimate when accessed, ensuring the correct email address is used without manual entry.

On the other hand, if you need to use a different email address than the one in the customer's profile, you can easily do so. Simply locate the Email field on the estimate and manually delete or change the email address as needed for that particular estimate.

To do this:

  1. Open the estimate you need to update.
  2. Locate the Email field at the top of the estimate.
  3. Delete the current email address that is displayed.
  4. Type in the new, correct email address you want to use.
  5. Click Save to apply the changes.

Additionally, if you need to update the email address in the customer's profile, you can do so by going to the customer's record and editing their contact information. This will then update the email address on any future estimates generated for that customer.
