How do I alter a invoice page lay out?

I am here to provide some insights about altering the invoice page layout and moving the column size of the invoice in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Currently, it is not possible to change the layout of an invoice in QuickBooks Online. However, the templates for invoice forms can be modified to meet your specific needs. Also, you can adjust the column's width manually within the custom form styles. 

Here's how:

1. Click on the Gear icon.
2. Select Custom form styles.
3. Locate the template you're using when creating invoices.
4. Click on Edit.
5. Go to the Content tab and click on Table from the middle part.
6. Beside the Activity table, click on Edit labels and widths.
7. Make the necessary adjustments.
8. Once finished, click Done.
