How do I assign a dollar amount to PO#s

The feature of assigning a contract value dollars on each PO # is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. For now, it would be most effective to communicate your feedback directly to our Product Developers. They are genuinely interested in hearing your input and highly encourage you to share your suggestions by providing feedback.

To send your input, here's how:

1. Open your QBO account.
2. Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
3. Type in your suggestions and then click on Next.

You'll want to enter the contract value dollars in the Description or Memo  field for that specific transaction instead as a workaround.

You can also run reports within the program to track your purchase orders or determine the financial standing of your business.
