Thank you for bringing this out to the Community @claudio7.

I'm here to provide you with some information regarding your concern. You can Create an invoice if you want to collect funds from your customers for a sale that will be paid at a later date.

Follow these steps:

1. Click on the + icon select New and then Invoice

2. Select the customer you want to invoice from the dropdown list by clicking on Add Customer

3. Check the invoice datedue date, and terms, and make any necessary changes.

4. Choose the product or service you want to add to the invoice from the dropdown list by clicking on Add product or service.

5. Customize the invoice by clicking on ⚙ Manage" and selecting the desired options from the side panel.

6. Once you're done, click on Save.

You can also create a sales receipt for immediate payments received at the time of purchase or when customers give you immediate payment.

Here's How:

1. Click on the +New button and choose Sales Receipt from the dropdown menu.

2. Pick a customer from the Customer dropdown menu.

3. If the customer is not on the list, click on + Add new to create a new customer profile.

4. Then, choose the product or service sold from the Select a product/service dropdown menu.

5. If necessary adjust the quantity or rate in the Qty and Rate fields.

6. Fill out all the required fields in the sales receipt and click on Save to complete the process.
