How do I change my business address shown on my invoice?

I updated my new business address on my profile and account but it still shows the old address on my invoice.

Hi, Truswag. I understand that you already updated your company address and it was not showing on your invoice.

 

Normally, when you change your address, it can be updated under the company settings. However, changes will only take effect on the new transactions, not on the past.

 

If it's not showing on the new invoice after you've updated the address, we can perform some basic troubleshooting steps by logging into your QBO account using a private browser.

 

To do this, follow these steps:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

If the private browsing session works, you can clear the browser's cache to improve the program's performance. You can also use other supported, up-to-date browsers as an alternative which will provide the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks.

  1. Click the Help (?) icon.  
  2. Choose Contact Us
  3. Enter a brief description of your situation in the What can we help you with? area, then click Let's talk
  4. You'll be presented with a few options for connecting with Intuit. Select Get a call
