How do i change personal message on invoices

You can easily update your invoice messages in QuickBooks with just a few steps. Here’s how:

1. Go to Settings and select Account and settings.
2. Click Sales.
3. In the Messages section, select the edit (pencil ✎) icon.
4. Check the Use greeting box, then from the drop-down menu, choose your ideal greeting.
5. Choose Invoice in the Sales Form drop-down list.
6. Under the Subject and Email message section, type in your personal messages.
7. After you've made all the appropriate changes to the message, click Save and select Done.
