How do I change the format of customer statements so that I can send them in a window envelope?

Changing the format of the customer statements in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is currently unavailable since this is part of the designed functionality and can't be customized. With this, it's best to submit feedback directly to our product engineers for review and consideration in future updates.

Here's how:

1. Select the Gear icon, then choose Feedback.
2. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
3. Select Next to submit.

To see or track your feedback, you can go to the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website and search for the feedback you've entered or click the My Feedback bullet located under the Status bullet.
