How do I change the PO color?

Hi there, mygardenersd. Allow me to provide insights about customizing the Purchase Order in QuickBooks Online.

The option to customize the templates and color of the Purchase Order is currently available. Thus, I recommend sending feedback to our Product Development team to add this feature for future product improvements and updates. Here's how to send a feature request:

1. Select the Gear icon, then choose Feedback.

2. Type in your comments or product suggestions.

3. Select Next to submit.

You may also visit the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests page to track your product suggestions and see the latest updates in the product.

In the meantime, you might consider editing the color of the standard and default template of all sales forms, including the Purchase Order in the Custom Form Style. You can follow the steps below for your reference:

1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Custom Form Style.
2. Select Standard, then click Edit in the Action column.
3. In the Design tab, select Try other colors, then choose what color you want for your forms. 
4. Click Done once finished.

Also, you can integrate a Purchase order management app or other third-party application if you want to use more customizing features for your templates. 

In addition, you can add the purchase order to an expense, bill, or check in the program. This way, it closes the original purchase order, connects it to the bill or expense, and records the accounting accurately.
