How do I change the settings so that our company address is not autoloaded into the "ship to" field on purchase orders?

We usually have our vendor ship directly to our customers warehouse. However, our company address is autoload into the Ship To box overtime and it has caused some problems. I only need to remove the autoload function, I don't need to have a  dropdown list of customer addresses to choose from. Thanks!

    Quickbooks>preferences>my company, remove your address info under the shipping tab.

      Quickbooks Enterprise (non Multi Warehouse version): create a new template and delete the text box that pulls in your address from your company settings. Then add a new text box with the ship to address.  Note: The company settings will display on screen but your new text box will print.
