Hi there, Byron.

I'm here to provide you with information on how to combine multiple-page receipts.

Currently, the option to snap multiple pages per one bill is unavailable. You'll have to attach the receipts one at a time.

I understand your need for this option. As alternative, you can use a third-party app integrated with QuickBooks Online (QBO) to combine your receipts into a single expense.

Since we're unable to specify an application that can help you accomplish your task, here's how to search for a third-party app in QBO:

  1. Go to Apps and select Find Apps.
  2. Search for a keyword in the search bar and press Enter.
  3. Select an app and click Get app now to integrate.

To help you manage receipts in QuickBooks, I have provided an article you can read:: Capture and categorize receipts in the Receipts tab.

Furthermore, you can run reports in QuickBooks Online that show different aspects of your business, such as sales, spending, and other relevant data.
