I can help you with duplicating an estimate in QuickBooks Online, @triplembaseball.

Using the old layout for estimates, you can go to the All Sales menu to duplicate an existing estimate.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Sales menu then select All Sales.
  2. Find the estimate you want to duplicate.
  3. In the Action column, click the dropdown and select Duplicate.
  4. Edit the estimate as needed and click on Save.

If you're using the new layout for estimates, the option to duplicate is unavailable. You may need to take note of the details of the estimate and create it from scratch. The option to duplicate an estimate in the new layout will surely save you time, so I'll be sure to take note of it. I also recommend you leave feedback from within the account.

Here are the steps to do that:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
  2. Provide your product suggestion.
  3. Click on Next to submit feedback.

You can check out this article for more information about providing feedback to make the program better: How do I submit feedback?.

For more information about the new estimate and invoice layout, you can read this article: See what’s new with estimates and invoices in QuickBooks Online.

Once you duplicate an estimate, you can convert an estimate into an invoice in QuickBooks Online after your customer accepts it.
