How do I correct a customer invoice

Correcting an invoice in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is as easy as A-B-C! And I'll be glad to guide you how.

1. In the left panel, hover to Customers & leads, then click Customers.
2. Click on the customer name whose invoice needs some corrections.
3. Locate and click on the invoice in question.
4. In the right side panel, click Edit.
5. Make the necessary corrections.
6. Click Save and Close.
