We have recently gone from QBs Desktop to QBs Online. In Desktop, I was able to create a copy of a journal entry, I'm wondering if there is a way to do this in Online instead of creating a new journal entry for the same information.

Welcome to the Community, Courtney.

I'm here to address your inquiry regarding producing a copy of the exact journal entry in your QuickBooks Online (QBO).

I understand that you're already aware that producing a duplicate of a journal entry is unavailable, I encourage sending Feedback to our Product Development team. They will carefully consider this option to ensure it meets your business needs effectively.

To send a feature recommendation, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Click the Gear icon at the top, then tap Feedback.
  2. Indicate your comments or suggestions.
  3. Then select Next to submit Feedback.

You can trace requests for features through the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website.
