Personalizing your invoices could help you add or edit the details available on your invoice form, Brandon. I'm happy to provide another option for you to modify it in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Besides the available options on the Invoice page, where you can switch on and off some details, we can also maximize the Custom form styles menu to manage what information will be available on your invoices. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon located at the upper-right corner of your screen.
  2. Select the Custom form styles. Then, click New style.
  3. Pick Invoice and then go to the Content tab.
  4. Click the Pencil icon for each section (HeaderTableFooter) and tick the Checkbox for each information you want to add or deselect if you need to exclude them on your invoice form.
  5. Make necessary modifications, and once done, hit Done.
  6. If you want to make the customization become your default invoice format, you may click the dropdown arrow under the Action column and choose Make default.

I'm also adding this article on how to enter an invoice payment in QuickBooks accordingly: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online. Doing so could ensure you'll have accurate sales data in the system once your customer pays you for the product or service you've provided to them.
