Question

How do I delete a customer from the schedule? I've archived them in QBO and QBT, but they're still showing up on my schedule.

I had QBO as an installed add-on, but disconnected that feature.

Thanks for coming here, Becky.

 

Let me share info about removing archived customers from the schedule section.

 

If the archived customer has already an assigned schedule and employee, it won't be removed unless you manually delete the schedule. Here's how:

 

  1.  In your QuickBooks (QB) Time account, go to Schedule.
  2. Click the Calendar icon and choose the date you assigned the schedule of that customer. Then, change the View By field to Customer.
  3. Find the schedule of the archived customer and click the colored date range of the schedule.
  4. Click Edit below the schedule details shown in the right side corner.
  5. Once done, tap the Delete icon in the left corner from the schedule details prompt.
