Let's work together in changing your credit card credit to an Expense, @Trip

I understand how you want to edit credit card credits and change them to expenses. However, we don't have an option to do this. So, the best solution is to delete the entered transactions and enter them as expenses.

Here's how to delete transactions:

  1. Go to Sales, then click All sales.
  2. Check the transaction that you want to delete, then select the dropdown ▼.
  3. Click Delete.

After this, you may want to take that route instead and enter them individually. Here's an article as a reference: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

Additionally, I've added this article which will help you on how to categorize and review downloaded bank and credit card transactions in QuickBooks Online: Categorize online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
