How do I edit a W-2?

You can modify your W-2 forms by contacting our QuickBooks Support team. They have the necessary access and tools to make adjustments and request corrections for your W-2 forms. 
 

Here's how:
 

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company.
2. Select (?) Help in the upper right corner of your screen.
3. Type a question or topic you need to help with, then select Contact a human.

Once finished, you have the option to submit your W-2 and W-3 forms to Federal and state authorities, as well as print them in QBO for your employees and for personal record-keeping purposes.
