How do I email the receipts to my CPA. Just started using this and only have receipts added.

I acknowledge the importance of emailing all the receipts to your CPA using QuickBooks Online (QBO).

There are two ways to manage your receipts and bills efficiently. 
Firstly, you can easily forward the receipts to your QBO account and customize your email address to forward the images of your receipts and bills directly to your CPA. Secondly, you can provide standard user permission to your CPA to forward receipts on your behalf.

Here's how to custom email address so you can forward images of your receipts and bills, even when you're on the go. To create the custom email address:

1. Go to Bookkeeping then Transactions select Receipts, or go to Bank Transactions then select Receipts.
2. Select Forward from email.
3. In the Enter email address field, create a customized email address. It will have @qbodocs.com at the end.
4. If you want to update the email address later, go to the Your forwarding email section, then select Update. Enter a new email address and select Confirm Change.
5. When you're ready, select Next.
6. Confirm that it's accurate and then select Looks Good.
7. Select Done.

Here’s how can permit standard users to forward receipts:

1. Go to Bookkeeping then Transactions select Receipts or go to Bank Transactions then select Receipts.
2. Select Manage forwarding email.
3. Turn on the toggle for the users you want to permit to forward receipts.
4. If you haven’t set up users yet, select Add new user. They’ll appear after they accept your invitation
5. 1. When you’re done, select Close.
