How do I export to an excel spreadsheet what is in my Bill Pay for specific dates?

Hey there, @Krusso1229. Let me help you export your paid bills in QuickBooks Online. 

 

The option to export paid bill transactions from QuickBooks Bill Pay is unavailable in the program. However, you can manually export paid bills which has been recorded inside QuickBooks.

 

To do this, you can follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to the Expense menu and select Bills.
  2. Click Paid, then select the Filter drop-down list.
  3. In the Bill date drop-down menu, choose Custom and select the dates.
  4. Click Apply.
  5. After filtering the dates, select the Export to Excel icon above the Action column.

 

Moreover, you can send feedback to our developers with regards to this option. They can review your suggestions and more likely incorporate them in future updates. 

 

In addition, you can run expense reports in QuickBooks to show your business spending.
