At this point, I'd suggest you contact our QB Self-Employed Customer Care team. They can help check why you didn't receive last year's payment receipts and will resend them directly to your preferred email address after your information is verified.

I contacted them and here is the solution for this question (for anyone else who stumbles across this wanting to know the same thing).
1. Go to camps.intuit.com
2. Login with your account information
3. Under "Payment & Order Activity", click on "View your transaction history"
4. Click on "Details" to the right of the amount.
Enter your E-mail address. We'll send you an e-mail with instructions to reset your password.
