Hey there, LM05. Let me share some information regarding how to see your other transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
If you recently connected your bank to QuickBooks Online (QBO), there could be a possibility that transactions that are 90 days will be unavailable. Thus, you'll need to import this manually to QBO.
Here's how:
Step 1: Download your transactions
Sign in to your online bank.
Follow the said instructions to download the CSV file.
Check the date of range for the download.
Download your transactions and save them on your computer.
Step 2: Import it to your QuickBooks account
Go to the Transactions menu located at the left navigation panel and choose Bank Transactions.
Select the bank in question or the bank you'd want to put your transactions into.
Click the Link account dropdown and select Upload from the file.
You can either Drag and drop or select files and then hit choose Continue.
Follow the said steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields. Press Continue.
Select Yes. Once you already accept your transactions, click Done.
