How do I find the sample spreadsheet to use as a template?I am starting quickbooks onine and need to add about 700 items.

Welcome to QuickBooks Community, avekeller. I can help you find a sample format in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You can refer to the steps below to import data and get a sample spreadsheet.

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Import data.
2. Choose the type of information you need to import or get sample data for.  [For items, select Products and Services].
3. Click Download a sample file link to get a sample spreadsheet.
4. Hit Browse to choose the file you need to upload.
5. Then, follow the on-screen steps.
