However, if these items are regular items, you can perform some basic troubleshooting steps to get this sorted out. This may also be an old cache and cookies creating the issue. To verify, we can log in to your QBO account using a private browser. To do so, press this shortcut key on your keyboard:

Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Command + Option + P
If it works on the private browser, you can return to the regular browser and clear your browser's cache. Then, see if it works, and you can go through without the error. Otherwise, you can use another supported browser.
