Question

How do I fix the formatting on my bill pay screen so it stays that way? It just started doing this where I have to adjust the column widths every time I enter a bill.

The account column is really wide and the description and amount columns are really narrow.  What changed?

Currently, there's an ongoing investigation about the display columns expanded too wide on bills and other expense transactions. Rest assured that our Product engineers are actively investigating the root cause and working on a solution to address this issue promptly.

 

In the meantime, I recommend contacting our Customer Support team to add you to the affected users. This way, you stay updated on the progress of this investigation and be notified when a resolution is available. 

 

Here are the steps to contact us:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu and select the Search tab.
  2. Then, click Contact Us.
  3. Then, enter a brief description of your concern and select Continue.
  4. Lastly, choose either Start a Chat or Get a Callback to start connecting with them.

 

Additionally, you can run different reports that will show all transactions and details related to your vendor and expenses.

 

These can also be customized to include additional details for a more comprehensive view of your financial data.
