How do i get a recurring check to also recurring with the splits?

You can create bank rules to automatically split transactions.
 

Here's how:
 

1. In your left navigation bar, go to Transactions, then Rules.
2. Click New rule.
3. Enter a name for the rule in your What do you want to call this rule? field.
4. Detail any transactions this rule should apply to.
5. Add any conditions with the + Add a condition option.
6. Test your rule if necessary with the Test rule button.
7. Using your Then drop-down list, specify whether to assign or exclude, then enter any other necessary details.
8. Hit + Add a split and enter the information for it.
9. When you're finished, select Save.
