How do I get back to the old layout for estimates and invoices?

My layout changed all of a sudden two days ago and now I can't even do estimates

I appreciate your bringing this to our attention, @dagelscustomcoun.

 

The option to switch back to the old layout for Simple Start and Essential users is no longer available starting April 243. While for the Plus and  Advanced users is available until May 6.

Meanwhile, let's troubleshoot your web browser to identify the specific cause of the issue you're experiencing with the invoice and estimate features.

 

  1. Open your QBO account using a private browser.
  2. Try restarting your browser.
  3. Clear cache and cookies.

 

Here are various types of web browsers that you can use to access your account. You may want to try using one of these browsers:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: press Command + Shift +N.

 

The good news about the new layout experience is that you'll have the freedom to update and personalize your invoices and estimates. You might be interested in exploring this feature.
