Question

How do I get custom pricing to reliable and accurate populate?

Custom pricing is supposed to auto-populate when the SKU is populated on the invoice. But sometimes pricing doesn't populate at all. Sometimes incorrect pricing populates. Sometimes I have to select the pricing from a drop down. This presents a risk to my business - invoicing incorrect pricing.

Thank you for bringing this out to the Community, @ldr514.

I understand that sometimes browser settings can interfere with the proper functioning of web pages. I'm here to help you out with your concerns.

It's important to double-check all details related to the customer, product, services, and the price adjustment method. If you notice any discrepancies or inconsistencies, you can take the necessary steps to rectify the issue. Also, you can perform browser troubleshooting steps to identify and resolve the problem if the displayed amount is still incorrect.

To get started, you can use incognito or a private browser window. Here's how to open one in different browsers. You can use the following shortcut keys for quick navigation on different browsers:

  •  Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  •  Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ Shift N
  •  Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  •  Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P

If this works, you can go ahead and clear your browser's cache. This process will remove and fix specific issues and help the program run optimally. Additionally, you can use other devices and supported browsers to ensure everything works as expected.
