Let me provide some info about the T (taxable) mark after the amount on your invoice, sbelgio.

When you preview or print an estimate, invoice, sales receipt, or credit memo, you can see a letter T next to some of the amounts. This indicates that a charge is taxable. Also, its sales tax is already included in the Sales Tax amount at the bottom of the form. It's important to note that this is a standard feature, and there's no option to remove it.

For your reference, you can visit this article: Apply sales tax rates to transactions and sales forms in QuickBooks Online.

In case you want to record, adjust, and delete sales tax payments, you can check out this article for more guidance: Manage sales tax payments in QuickBooks Online.

I'm still ready to back you up if you have any other concerns besides the T mark on your invoices. Just leave a reply below. Have a great day!
