How do I get notified when an email has bounced or has not gone through?

When I used to send invoices through my own email I would receive notification of undeliverable or bas address with QB I do not receive notice

I'm here to ensure you'll know when an email has bounced, info-tcsplumbing. 

 

When your email bounces back, the customer's email service sends a failure or delivery error notification to your email service. Since you weren't able to receive any notification, you can go ahead and check if it was stuck in your spam messages. 

 

On the other hand, you can also view the list of the bounced emails with delivery errors within QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Here's how:

  1. On the left panel, Click Dashboard.
  2. Under Tasks, choose View the errors.
