Thank you for posting your concern here in the QuickBooks Community, @rudyc. Let's work together to ensure the finance charges show in your printed invoices.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) only calculates and applies late fees to overdue invoices by adding them as a line item in the invoice. If you see the late fee as a line item on the invoice window but isn't in the printed version, you can consider checking the invoice template used. I'd be glad to assist you with this in QBO.

If you're using a template besides the Modern template, let's ensure placing a checkmark for the relevant column headers in the Content section. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon. Then, select Custom form styles.
  2. Select the Content tab.
  3. Ensure the column headers are with a checkmark.
  4. Review other details. Then, hit Done.
  5. Access the invoice at issue and ensure selecting the customized template.
  6. Click on Print and download.

However, if you don't see the late fee as a line item in the invoice, you can consider manually applying it as a line item instead. For more details on late fees that aren't showing as a line item in your invoice, check out the Know more about late fees section in this article: Apply late fees to overdue invoices automatically in QuickBooks Online.
