How do I get rid of the customer payment options on an invoice

The new invoices show on the bottom customer payment options. I do not offer any of these options and would like this to not show on my invoice. Also when I made a new invoice a blue box that says "pay invoice" shows up on the bottom. How do I get rid of that

I'll help you turn off the customer payment option in the Invoices in QuickBooks Online. We can set and turn off the payment option under Invoice payments, change the email option for invoices, and select HTML so the payment option won't show up when sending invoices. 
 

To turn it off, you can follow these detailed steps:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account and go to the Gear icon at the top right corner of the screen. 
  2. From there, select the option for Account and Settings.
  3. Once you are on the Account and Settings page, click on the Sales option from the left-hand menu.
  4. In the Invoice Payments content section, look for the "Online Bank Transfers (Credit Card, Debit Card, ACH Bank Transfer)" and deselect this option to turn off the customer payment option in the invoices.
  5. Click Save and Done.

 

 

 

After that, let's change the invoice email option and select HTML. Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account and go to the Gear icon at the top right corner of the screen.
  2. From there, select the option for Account and Settings.
  3. Once you are on the Account and Settings page, click on the Sales option from the left-hand menu.
  4. In the Online delivery, choose HTML under the Additional email option for the invoices dropdown.
