How do I get rid of the invoice "help" graphic covering my ability to see customer transactions

We just transitioned to QBO for our church. There is a graphic that wants to help us create invoices but there is no X or not now or later button.  This is the same on all browsers and different computers so i suspect it is a setting someplace in our account.  How do we get rid of this thing so we can see our customer transactions?  One suggestion was made to block pop ups for the site but that did not work.  How do I get rid of this thing???

I will make every effort to assist you in removing the invoice graphic pop-up that appears while viewing your customer transactions in QuickBooks Online.

 

To better assist you, could you please provide a screenshot of the pop-up that appears while you're working on your invoices? This will enable us to offer a more targeted solution.

 

Moreover, one way to dismiss this option is to block it by modifying your browser settings and using a compatible web browser. Since you've already performed this, let's contact our QuickBooks Online support team so they can review this issue further via screen sharing session and provide you with an additional solution to fix it.

 

Here's how:

 

1. Go to Help.
2. Select the Search tab, then choose Contact Us.
3. Type in your issue or concern in the field.
4. Hit Continue.
5. Click the Have Us Call You option.
 
Once everything is fine, the Sales page provides a convenient overview of the status of sales transactions, open invoices, and paid invoices. From this page, you can also access and manage sales transactions, including creating and editing them: View sales transactions in QuickBooks Online.
