How do I get the dates for billable expenses to show up on my invoices? This must have been a recent update because my invoice from last month had the dates.

I'll share some insights about the billable expense date that shows up on the invoice in QuickBooks Online, @DFBPC.

If you're referring to the billable expense date that shows up when clicking the link icon on the invoice page, the date only shows up from the old invoice layout. In the new invoice layout, you'll discover that the interface and some of its features have been changed from the old version. It is one of the program's updates. See the screenshot below for visual reference.

As a workaround, you can manually enter the billable expense date by utilizing the service date for the line item.
