How do I get the left sidebar to have menu options again? With the new layout I only have widgets on the main page and I want them back on the left, as before.

The menu options do not appear when we accidentally log in on the QuickBooks Online (QBO) login page using QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) login details.  

To get them back, let's make sure to sign in to the correct login website.  Visit the QBSE login page and enter your login details. 

If the same behavior occurs, I suggest accessing your QBSE account in a private browsing window to troubleshoot the situation.

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Shift + N

If it works, you can clear the cache in your regular browser to fix an issue causing QuickBooks not to perform as expected. Additionally, you can use other compatible browsers.
