How do I get the location on the invoice correct or complete even though the customer is loaded correctly?

If you're referring to a customer's billing address on an invoice, there's a couple different ways it can be updated.

 

One option is to change it while creating their invoice.

 

Here's how:
 

  1. While creating or editing an invoice, find your Billing address section.
  2. Make any necessary changes to the information in your Billing address field.
  3. Finish creating/editing the invoice.
  4. Select Save and close when you're finished.

 

Another option's to update your customer's address on their profile:
 

  1. In the left navigation bar, go to Sales, then Customers.
  2. Click to your customer's profile and hit Edit.
  3. Find the Addresses section and make any necessary changes.
  4. Select Save.
