Question

How do i get the proposal date and invoice date to show in my list of invoices/proposals - on my phone? My dates represent set up dates for events and are very important

We do rentals of decor items for events.  This program is not perfect for us, but we use it anyway.  I keep my invoices ordered by date of set up. So we know what day to set up, of course. Desk top was easier because you could arrange them by date.  I can't figure out how to do this with the online version.

The ability to display the proposal date and invoice date on your invoice list is unavailable in the mobile app.

 

I can suggest a workaround for how to show them on your Invoice List.

 

You can utilize the mobile browser as an alternative. Here's how to do it:

 

  1. Go to Reports and select Invoice List.
  2. Click Columns.
  3. Tick the box for the Service Date.
