Hello, m-grewal. Let me explain how many rows you can import for the transactions.

QuickBooks allows you to import up to 100 invoices at once using Microsoft Excel or CSV files. However, it's essential to remember that there is a limit of 1,000 rows per spreadsheet. If your invoice data exceeds 1,000 rows, split it into multiple spreadsheets before importing it to QuickBooks.

We need to ensure your spreadsheet is in .csv format and has the following columns: Invoice number, Customer, Invoice date, Due date, and Item amount.

Refer to this article for more details: Import multiple invoices at once in QuickBooks Online.

We can start categorizing the transactions once we have successfully imported them into our system. This includes carefully reviewing and matching each transaction to its corresponding source and organizing them accurately. This process thoroughly examines each transaction to ensure it is correctly identified and assigned to the appropriate category. By doing so, we can maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure that our financial reports are reliable and up-to-date.

On the other hand, regularly reconciling your account is a crucial financial practice that can help you keep track of your transactions and ensure that your records are accurate. By comparing your financial statements with your bank statements, you can identify discrepancies and take corrective action before they become significant issues. This can help you avoid overdraft fees, prevent fraud, and maintain a clear financial picture. So, it's important to make reconciling a part of your routine financial management to stay on top of your finances and make informed decisions.
