How do I know when QB mailed the 1099s to my vendors?

Let me share information about when contractors or vendors can receive the receipt mailed to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

If you use our e-file service, the 1099 forms are mailed by January 31 to the residential address in the contractor's profile.

Moreover, contractors will receive an email once the IRS approves their 1099, notifying them that it's available for viewing. The date may vary from the day you sent the form.
